Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Merchandising Manager in capacity planning and order schedule.
  • To prepare purchase order for purchasing and schedule for material delivery.
  • To send material for lab testing and quality approval
  • To study buyer's contract and L/C, and to fulfill buyer's requirement.
  • To arrange sample for approval and study quality comment.
  • To prepare Garment Manufacturing Instruction ( GMI ).
  • To follow up on Quality comment meeting buyer QC inspection criteria.
  • To prepare costing for all orders produced.
  • To follow up on the production status of all orders in charge.
  • To prepare marketing reports for Merchandising Manager.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s) : Chinese, English.
  • Preferred language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fresh graduate / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with all HOD for all human resources matters.
  • To conduct recruitment and competency test for operational employee and lower level staff.
  • Responsible to recruit, train and handle the foreign workers.
  • Responsible for worker affair or dispute over work coordination and emergency responses.
  • To take disciplinary actions when misconduct of personnel violating company rules and regulations arise.
  • To monitor payroll, admin clerical work.
  • Responsible for office equipment, stationery and all indirect material purchasing.
  • To assist the Admin Manager and organizing Training programs.
  • To conduct orientation, Quality Policy Training and organize employee's welfare activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum STPM or Diploma.
  • Have good interpersonal skills.
  • Spoken and written language skills.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years working experience in administration.

Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to payroll system and time attendance system.
  • Responsible to the backup of G-Pro system.
  • To analysis and monitor the worker's daily productivity.
  • To analysis and monitor the usage of each department's overtime.
  • Responsible to the arrangement of transport and OT meals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM.
  • Basic computer skills: Basic Computer Skills : Microsoft Excel.
  • Preferably with working experience in admin functional work position.

Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare Purchase and Payment Voucher
  • Responsible to control the Petty Cash
  • To prepare Negotiation Form and BL endorse form
  • To prepare financial statistic
  • To prepare for Income Tax deduction
  • To prepare KWSP form every 3 months
  • Responsible for cash withdrawal, sending and collecting trade documents
  • To prepare accounting Debit Note and payment or cheque

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM
  • Preferably with working experience in Finance and accounting functional work position.

Shipping Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • To assist the shipping executive in preparing the shipment document.
  • To assist the shipping executive in arrangement of delivery transport.
  • To assist shipping executive I vessel and flight booking.
  • To prepare shipment packing lists, custom requirement documents, and bank-in documents to submit to the finance executive.
  • To assist the shipping executive in preparing the shipments reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM
  • Preferably with working experience in shipping related functional work position.

Finishing Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • To plan for finishing production operations including checking, trimming, cleaning, ironing, packing and cartooning.
  • To teach or provide technical knowledge to assistant, line leaders and finishing operators.
  • To monitor finishing production status, daily productivity and product quality of the finishing department.
  • To train, monitor and evaluate finishing operators' productivity and performance.
  • To assist the production manager in production planning and report to the production manager.

Requirements:

  • Posses the knowledge or skills in the processes of finishing.
  • Minimum SPM
  • Preferably with at least 3 years working experience in the garment finishing production work environment.

Finishing Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist supervisor to plan for finishing production operations including checking, trimming, cleaning, ironing, packing and cartooning.
  • Assist supervisor to teach or provide technical knowledge to assistant, line leaders and finishing operators.
  • Assist supervisor to monitor finishing production status, daily productivity and product quality of the finishing department.

Sewing Line Leader

Responsibilities:

  • To teach and oversee the sewing operators by providing technical knowledge to them.
  • To plan and carry out process of sewing productions operations and monitor sewing production status.
  • Responsible to make the sample.
  • To study and execute the G-PRO system.

Requirements:

  • Posses the knowledge or skills to sew.
  • Minimum SPM.
  • Preferably working experience in the sewing production work environment.

Cutting Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist supervisor to plan for cutting production operations including laying, cutting and bundling.
  • Assist supervisor to teach or provide technical knowledge to operators.
  • Assist supervisor to monitor cutting production status, daily productivity and product quality of the cutting department.
  • Assist supervisor to train, monitor and evaluate cutting operators' productivity and performance.
  • To assist the supervisor in production planning.

Requirements:

  • Posses the knowledge or skills in the processes of cutting.
  • Minimum SPM.
  • Preferably working experience in the garment cutting production work environment.
  • Basic Computer Skills : Microsoft word, excel, power point.

Production Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Production Coordinator to plan production capacity and sub-contract capacity.
  • To assist the Production Coordinator to monitor production status, production output productivity and fulfilling deadlines.
  • To assist the Production Coordinator to verify the Garment Manufacturing Instruction.
  • To ensure material dispatch and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM
  • Preferably with working experience in Garment Manufacturing line, production control and management position.

Technical Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to provide the technical knowledge and skills to sewing operators
  • To explore and develop the formula in calculating the sewing time for every part of garments.
  • To plan and organize the production operations.
  • Arranging and matching the suitable sewing machines for sewing operators based to their ability.

Requirements:

  • Posses the knowledge or skills to sew.
  • Minimum SPM.
  • Preferably working experience in the sewing production work environment.

QC

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to check and control the quality of garment.
  • To prepare the final inspection reports.
  • To assist the sewing supervisor or line leader in providing technical skills to sewers.

Requirements:

  • Posses the knowledge or skills to sew.
  • Minimum SPM.
  • Preferably working experience in the sewing production work environment.

Mechanic

Responsibilities:

  • To monitor the work schedule for mechanics machine repair work.
  • To plan and schedule for machinery allocation, maintenance, set up and repair.
  • To teach and provide machinery knowledge mechanic.
  • To provide technical support to sewing supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Posses the knowledge of sewing machinery
  • Minimum SPM
  • Preferably with working experience in the garment sewing machine work

Store Assistant / Storekeeper

Responsibilities:

  • To plan and schedule for material receiving and dispatch for production use, ensure all the material receive and dispatch are all in the accurate issue.
  • To monitor material and accessories delivery schedule.
  • To check and make sure the quantities of stocks same with the PO.
  • To organize the storage of materials received and arrange properly at the right location.
  • To assure all store operations documents are being well managed and clear instruction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM
  • Have the basic language skills and preferably working experience in store

Driver

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to fetch the workers.
  • Responsible to carry and distribute the goods to suppliers or ports.
  • Familiar well with the locations and roads.

Requirements:

  • Posses the lessen PSV, GBL, E.
  • Preferably with working experience.

Production Operator

Responsibilities:

  • To carry the production duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum PMR
  • Willing to OT

Sewing Operator/Sample Sewer

Responsibilities:

  • To sew the garments/ samples.
